At Universal Kids Resort, I worked as a Merchandising Coordinator on the Opening Team where every interaction is a chance to make a family's trip memorable. I've learned how operations, teamwork, communication, and small personal touches come together to create the kind of experience guests talk about long after they leave.

As a social media marketing intern with Pantsuit Professionals, a professional networking community for women, I plan, script, and produce short-form video content. From brand introduction reels to interactive "Power Outfit" polls, I create content that reflects the brand's voice and gets people engaged.

As part of the inaugural class of The Universal School of Experience Leadership and Innovation at UCF's Rosen College, I'm studying how themed experiences are designed, managed, and improved, from guest flow to storytelling to the business behind the magic.

Audience Engagement!
Great content is only half the job. I manage daily engagement, respond to followers, and use interactive tools like polls and stickers to turn scrollers into an active community.

Performance and Presence
My Bachelor of Arts Theatre: Applied Performance degree at UCF sharpens how I communicate: reading a room, holding an audience's attention, and telling stories that make people feel something. It's the same skill set behind great guest service, confident presentations, and compelling content.

Through my Strategic Communication minor and coursework like my product market strategy analysis, I look past creative ideas to the numbers and audience insights behind them, so every campaign has a clear purpose.
